Domestic and International Shipping Policy
We do not ship to countries or regions that are affected by international trading embargoes.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic deliveries usually take 3-5 business days, while international deliveries can take up to 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or on holidays.
About any delays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will seek to contact you via email or telephone. Also one note about our manufacturing: If you ordered CDs, DVDs or Vinyl: these products are already produced so it takes the time it takes for us to box it up and send it to you. However, if you ordered other merchandise such as clothing, hats, cups, etc, please note that these are Prinded-On-Demand specifically for you! so these products may take some extra time - but thank you for understanding this as we like to save the environment and only print-on-demand when we can! If you ordered CDs, DVDs or Vinyl: these products are already produced so it takes the time it takes for us to box it up and send it to you. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If you ordered clothing and merchandise (hats, cups, etc), please note that these will need to be printed up specifically for you - so these products may take some extra time - but thank you for understanding this as we like to save the environment and only print-on-demand when we can! About taxes and duties
We do not cover the costs of duties and/or taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer on their region.

Any disputes resulting from our shipping policy or delays is governed by the laws of Norway.
